Calories in Calories out? Keto? Vegan? Intermittent fasting, Intuitive eating? If you have been over eating you are going to need a way of restricting the food you eat. Any of the above ways work, the key is trying to figure out what works best for you.

I like hiking, disc golf, nature photography. They have really helped me stay active, part of the reason I want to lose weight is so that I could keep hiking for as long as possible.
