Went to kickboxing today. I think at the end of the round the heart rate monitor wasn't really monitoring well, I think I am so sweaty by the end of it that I overwhelm the sensors. After exercise I weighed in at 263.8. Worked super hard at the gym and I am definitely getting stronger in the upper body. This is the first time I have really started working out the legs. There is another gym downstairs at the kickboxing gym and I am thinking about starting to go there on the non kickboxing days. They are also setup as classes, or I think you can go and use it whenever. I am going to look into that.


I think I am going to aim for 22-24 strokes per minute for 60 minutes. At least that is going to be the goal.



That is the general breakdown of how I eat most days. This is the eggs and toast for breakfast, ground turkey spinach fried rice, and today we had grilled chicken tenderloins with Tzatziki a little fat free feta some tomatoes cucumbers and red onion!
