Missed kickboxing today, turns out I didn't sign up for the class somehow, either that or I thought I cancelled Friday's class. Either way I wasn't able to go to class and it was a long day at work so I just went for a walk. I got in 11,575 steps in today so that was pretty good and more importantly I have been hungry for most of the day and I haven't cracked. Going to do a long row tomorrow. The important thing is to just get back on the horse, I went through and made sure that I am registered through the next two weeks. Weighed in at 260.0 today. Alright poker night tonight wish me luck!
